01
Athletes / session
Realistic average fill — not max capacity. Use your expected average, not your best-case.
Sessions / month
How many sessions this client attends per month. 2×/week ≈ 8 sessions. Weekly sessions × 4.3 = monthly.
02
Court cost / hr ($)
What the trainer pays per hour. BAM range: $50–$100/hr. If sharing a court, use only your allocated portion.
Session duration (min)
How long each session runs. Used to calculate actual court time cost. 60 min = 1 hr. 90 min = 1.5 hrs.
03
Trainer pay / session ($)
What the trainer earns per session run. This is a hard cost — not including it gives you a false margin picture.
Facility overhead / month ($)
Total recurring facility costs: insurance, booking software, equipment. Enter the full total across everything it covers — even if that's shared by other programs, not just this one. It gets divided by the client count below.
Total active clients (whole business)
Your total paying client count across EVERY program the overhead above covers — not just this one. If overhead is shared facility-wide, this must be your whole business's client count, or you'll over-allocate shared costs onto this program alone.
04
Cost / lead ($)
Meta ad spend to get one lead. BAM target: ≤$25. BAM average: $25.
Show rate (%)
% of leads who show up for their trial. BAM average: 50%.
Close rate (%)
% of trial attendees who pay and sign up. BAM average: 50%.
Trainer commission — month 1 only ($)
Commission paid to a trainer who closes a new client. BAM max: $50. One-time cost, amortized across retention. Leave at 0 if not applicable.
05
Avg months a client stays
How long a typical paying client stays before churning. CAC and commission are spread across this period — longer retention = lower effective monthly acquisition cost = lower floor price.
06
Target blended margin
Profit margin after all costs, averaged across the client's lifetime. BAM standard: 25–40%. Use 30% as the default. Margin is blended — month 1 will be lower, month 2+ higher. In "set price" mode, this still sets the threshold used for the below-target warnings.

3-month discount (%)
Discount off the monthly rate for 3-month prepay. BAM standard: 10%. Adjust to see margin impact. Never exceed without checking with Mike.
6-month discount (%)
Discount off the monthly rate for 6-month prepay. BAM standard: 20%. Adjust to see margin impact. Never exceed without checking with Mike.
